I’m Jill – a yoga teacher, breath coach, connected breathwork coach, neuroscience and ice bath facilitator. After experiencing burnout, I was guided to prioritize my well-being and seek out tools for healing. In my search for balance, I discovered the transformative power of breathwork and ice baths. These practices helped me calm my nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with myself. Since then, I’ve lovingly dedicated myself to helping others cultivate a more relaxed, resilient, and mindful lifestyle.
