MY JOURNEY

In today’s fast-paced, hustle-driven culture, where we’re constantly "on" and always striving for more, I reached a point where it all became too much. My body and mind were running on empty. I found myself burned out and at a crossroads, faced with the reality that I had to start prioritizing my well-being. During a period of deep self-reflection, I realized that I needed to slow down and reconnect with myself. In my search for balance, I discovered breathwork and ice baths - two powerful techniques that helped me restore my nervous system and manage stress better. Breathwork allowed me to tap into the calming power of my own breath, while ice baths taught me how to build resilience and challenge my mental limits. I went to Barcelona to further study breathwork, neuroscience, and ice baths, and my mind was blown. The impact these practices had on my nervous system and brain was profound. I remember thinking, "How is this not common knowledge? This is so important!"

 

Breathwork, something we all carry with us, became my key to peace and balance. Immersing myself in ice baths pushed me to confront my fears and realize that my thoughts don’t always reflect reality. I learned that I am far stronger than I ever imagined. These practices were vital for my recovery, and they continue to help me live with more resilience, calm, and clarity.

Now, I combine my passion for yoga, breathwork, and ice baths to guide others toward a more relaxed and conscious lifestyle. These techniques help not only to release physical tension but also support mental and emotional well-being. By slowing the breath, immersing the body in cold therapy, and practicing deep body exercises, I help people reconnect with their inner strength, build resilience, and reduce stress effectively.Whether in class or during my own travels, I’m always looking for ways to connect – with myself, with others, and with the world around me. In a world that is constantly 'on', I strive to find peace, grounding, and balance, and inspire others to do the same.
